i bought this battery in early 2022 it served me well but the battery swelled on me again, it seems after about 2 years the battery will degrade and start to swell, but considering its only $50, 25per yr, it was my best choice in batteries, ive tried others and they die after a week. this has been my consistent go to. i have the blade 15 base with the 2060. after installing the new battery, i gained back 15 fps in almost all my games, no random frame drops and the battery will actually die at 0 percent. lasts about 2-3 hours casually watching videos on youtube. will buy again after a couple years.

Very bad! I just installed this battery in my Razer Blade 15, and it doesn't work. I have a very well used 2018 Razer Blade 15 laptop, went through tons of loops with Razer support trying to get it fixed after a major design flaw caused the battery to swell up hard. For a gaming laptop, not really meant for hard gaming. Anyways I followed an easy YouTube video that step by stepped how to remove and install the battery. You need a T5 technical precision screwdriver, a T9 and small Philips also helps. Id recommend magnetized ones cause it's way easier to get those deep sunk screws out. This battery installed great, I calibrated the laptop and it's been running perfect for a few months. No software issues at all. Very worth it for like $80-90 total (with screwdriver costs) when Razer wanted me to pay shipping and repair costs, not to mention shipping a bloated lithium battery out. The keyboard was all bent and extended and the track pad wasn't working, but it all went down and the track pad was clicking fine as soon as I took the bloated battery out. Literally good as new!

Battery fits perfectly. It replaced the original battery. Now I have hours of cordless power.Awesome product. Ill recommend to anyone.

I was wary when I saw how "frequently returned" on the listing, but I'm glad I got this anyway. My old battery was starting to swell, and no computer shops in my area had this specific battery in stock, so this was a bit of a hail mary that I'd say paid off. It was as easy to install as the old one was to remove, just needed to jimmy the connector in carefully to not bend the pins. I will say the wiring is not wrapped, so if you want it wrapped like from factory, make sure you have some electric tape handy as well.

Battery is not detected in a 2018 Razer Blade 15 model rz09-03006

The battery works, but Windows won't detect it saying, no battery found, even when unplugging it and clearly running on the battery. I've already tried reseating the connector cable multiple times, resetting BIOS to defaults, and a complete reinstallation of Windows. Still shows as "No battery detected" even though it's working.

Arrived quickly and in good condition. It powered my laptop nicely and accepted a full charge. It came with an initial charge of over 80%, meaning it did not sit in inventory for too long. The power plug fit well, and the spacing on the screw mounting holes was pretty decent, though perhaps not as precise as the original. It's not unusual for aftermarket batteries like these to fail prematurely, but I'm hopeful this one will hold up well (we won't know for a number of months). This battery was a bit expensive, too -- most other laptop batteries often cost half as much, but every other seller seemed to also price this particular model battery as if it were a luxury item. I'll add a star in 6 months if it's still working well.
