Surprisingly good!
I was pleasantly surprised by these. They are well-made (so far!), which was a key concern, since I've come across many that were cheap and flimsy. The tea made from these is quite good and well-steeped.My only gripe is that they are slightly longer than the ones I replaced and my motor memory hasn't quite adjusted to this. I'm sure that if they last as long as the ones they replaced, I'll be fully adjusted by then ;)

Great Personal Discover - Opens Up All Sorts of Teas for Me!
great find. I'm sure this is some type of ancient tool that's been around for decades and decades, maybe centuries but I just discovered it (lol) and now I can make all sorts of teas from seeds, peels and bulk herbs, powerful teas to boost health from all sorts of angles. I'm even double balling it with 2 clamped basket filled with herbs. This is great. Oh and I just pop these little basket thingies in a cup or jar and get my old Keurig to put boiling water into the jar with the tea - perfect, swirl it around to accelerate the brew. Great

Meant for single serve (cup), not more
It’s a bit flawed design; filling it with loose tea is tough, and you can only use 1.5 spoons (max). So, in essence, to make traditional tea for two people, even if you are using a bigger bowl, you will have to use two of these. If you were to use this for infusing spices like cardamom, ginger, clove, etc for making masala chai, for single serve it would be OK.

Well made and easy to use
So far so good. The design seems very durable. Its easy to flex open and closed. As a tea lover this made my day when it arrived.

Hard to Fill and Breaks Easily
These seemed like a good idea, but the design is awkward in real world use. It is hard to load them with a reasonable amount of tea… with effort you might manage a teaspoon or two, but even so they are hard to seal properly. Also, just a few months into use, one already broke (the ball broke off). For these reasons, a fair rating of 3 stars seems generous.

Great product for the price.
Easy to use. Scoops up my dried and crushed Moringa leaves to brew a cup of tea. No having to touch the shredded leaves.
