Like new. Love the illuminate keyboard and fingerprint sensor
One issue with authenticator. Would not register due "Microsoft server being down" Thus would not activate or install Office 365. Had to do a reinstall. That solved the issue.

No longer turns on and screen remains black after about a week of normal and careful use.

Nice speed
This is my first time buying the renewal product. I was in impression that it might have some issue once I receive it. But I was wrong. Some function keys not working as expected. But after updating Windows OS and Drivers, everything works fine. It's just few days I use this laptop after updating OS. Still now everything working fine. It has only 256 GB SSD which for me is little issue. Overall, its good laptop.

Great Computer
I use this computer daily and have not had any problems. This is a great computer to get work done and graduate papers written. I have been very pleased and impressed because I got more than my money on this computer.

Well worth the price
Same computer I use at work day and day out. So I know they are durable. You can also get a docking station and add a full keyboard, mouse and extra monitor. Not a gaming machine but perfect for Office and searching the web or watching movies. SSD hard drive means fast boot.

Carefull! Some components wont work
Very bad purchase, the computers came with chargers that did not work at all. It was not clear on the listing and also they didnt answer to offer a solution when i reached out.
