I find I can hear well with this. I do get complaints about my background noise and being unable to be heard over it. If I'm outside and birds are singing, they can clearly be heard

I remember it coming with the charger cord to be hooked into a USB port. The actual part that plugs into the wall, sorry it's been over a year and I don't remember

There are control switches on the side to control v.olume that can be used during a call. I will warn that the volume does the same for the person you are in contact with

Excellent earpiece

I absolutely love it. Its streamlined and comfortable on my ear. The charge lasts 2 days or more, the sound is clear and loud enough for me to hear everything being said. It's easy to connect and use. It's water resistant (I accidentally stepped into the shower with it and got it wet and it worked fine.) it's very sturdy, I've dropped it twice and it hasn't seemed to hurt it at all the answer button and volume buttons are easy to find and adjust even for me. In the past I've paid twice as much for much less quality. It's definitely worth the price.

Nice Headset

Well first of all this would be my 2nd time buying this headset, i use it daily for like 12 hours a day 6 days per week, for battery life I get about 24 hours, so i charge it every day, the sound quality i have the feeling like it degraded over my old one, the bass was somehow reduced and i feel like the max volume is too and that's why i gave the 4 star

Amazing battery life!

My son lost his expensive pair of earbuds. he enjoys listening to music while he mows the lawn.hi decided on this earpiece because it wraps around the ear. it's large and would be harder to misplace. And It was the least expensive I could find.I am so happy I saved the money.The sound quality is impressive for the price!It is comfortable and lightweight.Battery life is amazing! Lasts a good week with a full chargeI am extremely happy with this purchaseI plan to purchase one for myself.highly recommended!

turned on but does not broadcast sound.

Worked great for about one month. Then had to re-pair to my iPhone and MacBook Pro. Could then hear thru the earpiece, but does not transmit my voice over the phone...the other person only hears a crackling sound. Re-paired again and now can hear both the computer and the phone, the crackling noised is gone, but the person I am calling does not hear my voice thru the earpiece. I am hoping that, since it was purchased on April 19, 2025 that I can get it replaced under a warranty.
