Work out Bench
This is such a great piece of workout equipment for home or office. Easy to assemble, very affordable, very sturdy and it basically has everything you need to get a quick workout at home if you don’t like going to the gym. The design is great, very safe to use and a good size that doesn’t take up too much space.

Perfect for Home Workouts – Practical, Durable, and Space-Savin
I got this Weight Bench Set with Squat Rack for my teenage son, and it’s been a game-changer for his daily workouts! What really stands out is how space-saving and efficient the design is. The squat rack and bench are easy to set up and store, making it perfect for our home gym, where space is limited. My son loves how sturdy it feels, and it gives him the freedom to do a full range of exercises – from bench presses to squats – all in one setup. He’s been using it every day, and the quality is excellent. It’s really well-built, holds up to his intensity, and looks great in the room too. If you’re looking for a solid, affordable, and practical piece of equipment for home workouts, this set is a winner. My son is thrilled with it, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

Adjustable for kids and adults
We purchased this 6-in-1 weight bench for our son (he was 9 at the time, for Christmas) after he had been asking for one for over a year. After doing a lot of research and reading through customer reviews, we decided on this one—and we're really happy with the choice. It supports up to 660 lbs, which is far more than we need, but it speaks to the durability and quality. We liked that it includes a bench, a bar rack, a leg developer, and a curl rack—all in one unit. It's also adjustable, which is great since both our son and we use it. With five levels of adjustment, it offers good flexibility for different exercises and body sizes. The imitation leather padding is comfortable and easy to wipe down after each use, which is great for keeping things sanitary. One downside: it did not come with a bench press bar as shown in some of the photos, and it also doesn’t include weights—but that was clearly mentioned in the product details, so we weren’t caught off guard.Overall, we’re very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a versatile and sturdy home weight bench.

Sturdy and Space-Saving: A 5-Star Home Gym Addition
I recently purchased the OPPSEDECOR 600lbs 6 in 1 Weight Bench Set for my home gym, and I have to say, it has exceeded all of my expectations. As someone who values both high-quality workouts and efficient use of space, this bench has been a game-changer.The assembly process was straightforward, and I was impressed by the robustness of the construction. The bench supports a variety of exercises, and the squat rack is a welcome addition for my leg day routines. I particularly enjoy the added functionality of the leg developer and preacher curl rack, which allows for a comprehensive full-body workout. What I appreciate most is how easily the bench can be folded up and tucked away in the corner of my basement. Living in the New York metro area, space is at a premium, so equipment that combines functionality with a small footprint is crucial. This bench fits the bill perfectly. Despite its sturdy build, it's not cumbersome to move, making it ideal for those who need to optimize their training area when not in use.The 600-pound weight limit is indicative of the quality and stability of the bench. I have lifted heavy without any wobble or concern for safety. The padding is comfortable for long sessions, and the adjustment mechanisms are user-friendly, allowing me to switch between exercises with ease.

Too Small for Adults, Lift behind your head.
This rack is too small to fit a normal adult human being. Maybe it could fit a 12 year old. You can't bench due to the rack being so narrow. Normal bench grip is blocked by the rack itself. The incline is not an option due to the rack holding the weight 8 inches behind your head. This rack advertises the ability to fold up and use for squats. The max height is 36 inches and a toddler wouldn't be able to squat. You can only adjust up and down one inch. I would not suggest this for anyone looking to lift. I kid you not, your average shoulder width adult will not fit between it. You will have to start diamond grip or extra wide to even lift off because of the rack being in the way. SEE THE STANDARD OLYMPIC BARBELL 7FT MARKINGS FOR REFRENCE (WHERE YOUR PINKIES SHOULD BE) If you throw 2-3 plates on you won't be able to adjust. Installing was super easy and I was excited, but I couldn't use it. I'm 6ft 190lbs and I have my brother for reference on the bench. He is about the same size. Poor guy had chicken wings to even fit under the bar.

Made with thicker metal
It's a sturdy machine, if you compare the metal this one is constructed with thicker metal than other comparably priced benches. It's easy to make adjustments, just keep in mind we adjust to the bench size, benches don't come individually sized to us. When assembling and it mentions left and right it is referring to the machines left and right looking down to the leg lift from the bench press racks; it's so the butterfly attachments rest in the correct bumpers.

Made for smaller people and lighter weights.
The bench has held up fine for 2 years of use, though there are some drawbacks. I am 290lbs. And 6.2" tall and the bar holder is too narrow for bench presses and whenever you lift you are afraid of pinching your hands when setting the bar down. Because the bat holders are narrow, putting too much weight on your bar will cause one side to flip up if you don't have a hand on it to keep it steady. The bar holder arms wiggle when adding over 200lbs to them which can make you a little nervous. Also the "curling handle" on the front was welded crooked on my frame as well as being too short for my longer arms to use. The machine could be good to start lifting at a young age but you will experience it's limits sooner of later.
