Great for zerk fittings
WOW! This Lock Nut tool really works! I used it on my Haulmark trailer hubs because my old grease tip wouldn't fit on the zerk fitting. The tool locked on the fitting tightly and made my job a lot easier. Very happy with it.

100% worth every penny
I was ready to give up and could not figure out why the grease wouldn't go into the fitting. I bought two grease guns and neither worked. My last hope was buying this thing and it was kinda pricey but not more than any alternative and it worked perfect right away.. this thing is awesome

Almost what I needed.
I bought this to replace the wonky coupler on a Performance Tool grease gun I bought new recently. This item installed easily, and seems to be well made. Now, if you have heavy equipment, or farm equipment, I can see where this would be a major time and aggravation saver. For automotive stuff I would urge caution. It simply will not lock on to the zerks on my u-joints on a 2002 Ford F-150. The coupler is too fat. I will have to remove one of the 12mm bolts on the yoke to be able to lock this on. In other words if your zerk is a straight shot this will work, in a tight spot its width (and longer length than an ordinary coupler) will work against you. I gave it five stars because on ball joints, and tie rod ends its the bomb! For that alone its worth it to me. Some things under a truck are difficult to hold a ordinary coupler and pump the grease gun at the same time, thats where this product shines.

Almost mandatory
This is what all good grease guns should come with. Works flawlessly a it should. No wasted grease because the coupler comes off. Even stalling the grease gun on a blocked fitting still allows for easy removal.Top of the line product.

Works good and nice design
Worked excellent on auto grease fittings but on my boat fittings it couldn't seal and get grease in. Maybe the boat zerks are too old but grease didn't go in just went all over the outside but overall seems to be a very nice piece.

The only thing I can complain about is the price!
This is a great product that stays on the zerk fittings. You can lock on those hard to access zerks and then use both hands to pump the grease. While most zerk fittings are no big deal there are always a few that are harder to access and pop off as you pump. This even makes using a powered grease gun a real viable option too as other fittings seem to pop off when the grease goes in under pressure. I think the product is super over priced but being that no other product solves the problems this does unfortunately I have to recommend it. It’s at lest seems to be a high quality build! But if you see this at $20 or $25 buy it. $40 seems just to be expensive IMO but even at that price I would buy it again.

Works SO much better than the rip-offs!
I cheaped out and bought the Harbor Freight version of this coupler years ago. It didn't work so well. I lived with it for a while, then I bought a tractor with a front-end loader, and suddenly my greasing needs multiplied. I replaced the HF coupler with this and I couldn't be happier. It actually works! Buy this first and save money in the long run.

OUTSTANDING results.
This product lives up to the hype. I used it for the first time today on a 2021 Chevy 3500 Express Van. I had absolutely no issues greasing all 11 zerk fittings. The one thing you need to watch for is over lubing the joints. I noticed it put out more grease then the stock bit on my basic grease gun. Buy it now.
