Q: Can this be used with aleve

I don’t know but have been told by doctors that aleve is not good to take steadily. Can cause problems with certain organs.

Sorry I couldn't tell you cause I have only tried these kind, I use lidocaine patches as an alternative.

Q: How good is this Quality

The patches are simple to put on, like bandaids BUT, either cover the areas up with clothing or LOOSE ace bandages, they give off a strong menthol smell while they cool the skin, about 5-6 hours. After that they still give relief and you can get the cream to add around the edges. After 12 hours, remove patches and wash skin with warm soapy water. Use the cream wherever you. Need it, but if you want, use more patches, the long skinny one is great for a neck or lower arm, the larger one fits almost around your upper arm. CHECK WITH YOUR DR TO MAKE SURE THIS IS OK FOR U TO USE!!!
