Love this mushroom shot of heaven. Love this product. It does everything it says. Curbs appetite better than coffee in my opinion. It does have a basic bitter same as coffee taste but adding my coffee creamer it's perfect. It is thinner than coffee and very smooth. I do sometimes still miss my coffee but trying to resist. I love this product and feel energized without being over caffeinated or shaky. Excellent growth product benefits. No clue if it blends well, very fine consistency. Great size, lasts 30 + days. Smells nice, different than coffee. I just use my Keurig to make hot water, now add quickly add a scoop and stir in. Fast and delicious addition to my morning routine.
