Waited just under a month to write my review so it was honest.Packaged well and arrived intact first of all.I take two a day, as directed. Initially I was staggering them for the first week, but since I’ve been taking two together I’ve noticed they work better. I purchased these for the obvious “downstairs” problems. After having extensive surgery and infections in my wounds I had to undergo some serious anti biotic consumption of the strongest kind! My gut health took a huge nose dive, and that lead to thrush and bv. It’s the first time I’ve ever had to deal with it. Nothing was working. I’ve been battling it for a year! I was taking opti bac which for me did nothing.As most women know when Bv hits it can be the brain of our lives. My confidence was zilch.After taking these I’m shocked tbh. Not only have they cleared up the downstairs issues within less than a month I’ve also noticed less cramps and pms. Better mental clarity, mood and memory which wasn’t expected! Also my toileting is more regular which wasn’t an issue really but it’s a good sign they are doing their job. My hair is growing! It’s now almost down to by bottom, I reckon it’s grown at least 3 inches in the past month which is insane! I waited a month before writing my review. I started taking one capsule a day and found after I took the correct dosage of two a day they worked effectively. These work wonders for my BV and vaginal health. I saw an improvement straight away and will continue to purchase them. The size of the tablets are easy yo swallow and they do last a month once taken correctly

I tried this probiotic and found it to be effective when taken correctly. The tablet size is medium, but since it's a capsule, it’s smooth and easy to swallow, which makes it less difficult than some other pills. Initially, I made the mistake of taking only half the recommended dose, assuming that many brands encourage higher doses to make you buy more frequently. However, after using the half dose for a while, I didn’t notice any difference. Recently, I had been struggling with pH imbalance due to stress from a recent bereavement, which threw everything off. I stopped taking the probiotic for a few months because I didn’t see any immediate results but after finally following the full dose for four days, I noticed everything returned to normal. So, the key takeaway is that when taken as directed, this is a really good product. If you only take one capsule, it won’t have much of an effect, but when used correctly, it works well.

Why did you choose this product over others?:At first I didn't believe much in specific feminine supplements but diving more in that field, I realised how well composed this supplement is for the care of feminine intimate part. It is several months I am using it everyday and I stick to it now.

The product itself is amazing ! Ive taken one tablet and i have noticed a difference! Odor has completely gone! No discharge ! I struggled with sweating alot down there in the summer time that has absolutely stopped !Downside is the tablets are way too big and honestly very difficult to swallow. I take loads of vitamins daily but this one is the most difficult to take and get stuck at the back of my throat. I saw this in a review before buying however didnt think it would be that bad. However having suffering for many years not find solutions it is well worth it!!Come back for a update on these tablets…Ive found that they have stopped working since taking contraceptives. So ill be trying another brand:)

Really great if you feel that you are about to go through the premenopausal symptoms, two capsules, ok to swallow but effective more or less straight away.
