They're okay quality!They function as intended as long as you have the proper tool and practice before hand if you're new to crimping!They are spot on with fit and size! Overall a good value for your money since you'll have more for the foreseeable future

Very nice set for working with arduino etc projects or repairing electronics.Make sure you have a proper crimper for DuPont open barrel pins.Housings and pins quality is good. I can recommend this set.

I expect the pins and housings will be fine, but the packaging isn't as shown, and may allow crushing of some of the pins, particularly the female ones. Images of the product container do not match the actual container. Image shows a deep plastic box, with a solid latch, with dividers to sort the pins and housings. Actual container is a shallow plastic box with pieces in small zipper bags all jumbled together, which is much less convenient to use. Container arrives taped shut with packing tape, and removing the tape also removes some stickers that leave sticky adhesive residue.

No problem with product quality since nothing broke. I would say the only down side is that it takes a while to make a proper connector since you have to quite literally assemble it. Worth the money since you don't have to break the bank to get specific connectors when you can just make your own with this product.

The connectors are probably fine. I haven't tried them yet. The thing I was surprised about is the storage box. The product photo showed a thick box with nicely separated components. What I got was a thin box with a bunch of little ziploc baggies inside. I don't thing that will be nearly as convenient to work with.

These are the connectors which match the 10th inch inline headers that have been used on boards, like Arduinos for years. You will need a decent set of crimpers, which makes doing factory quality work easy, otherwise these metal ends are hard even to hold. Having these around in your parts box will pay for itself quickly! The plastic box they come in are a bit hokey, but the price is right and it keeps things from spilling out.

Helpful during an work project

These are harder to assemble than one would think. Sometimes a wire would come loose and I would have to start over with another connector. Gave up and went with another solution.
