Metal case, read speed good, write speed somewhat slow
It is in an attractive metal casing, and can be used with USB C or USB A.The read speed is good, but writing can be choppy: on both my smartphone or Mac, it appears it can write 60MB and then stop for a second or two, and then write another 60MB... it appears a few times slower than the read speed. (Note: this was probably due to the copy buffer is about 60MB and it needs time to "finish" that buffer before it moves forward). I have included a DiskMark screenshot, running on a quite powerful Lenovo gaming notebook with Intel i7-11800H and Nvidia 3080.

Just for Arriving.
"Miracles can happen" ... God's Grace once sang regarding Juniper and the CB3 group at GooglePlex that has enabled us to reach this occasion. It's a big one; knowing I'm Pro-FlexOS and I might wipe MSFT 10 (or whatever it is) off my Dell and even forgo booting directly to Ubuntu in order to run a "better Linux" by the power of JSS, Jenna Sienna and the group of people who "no" what a Jenna Sienna Suit is.Adam to AZ, ©me in Scottsdale??

Unusable Drives. Misleading Specs.
I purchased two of these. The drives both have a defect which makes them not usable. The Amazon description says "200MB/s." For a very brief period, after a full format operation (not quick format), both the read and write speeds might be about 200MB/s. However, the write speed during the long format operation averages about 20MB/s, not 200MB/s. After completing the long format operation I tested the drive using the GRC "Validate Drive" tool, and during this test the write speed slows w---a---------y down and apparently does not recover unless the drive is completely reformatted again. The read speed after "Validate Drive" is still about 200MB/s, but the write speed is a few MB/s or even in the KB/s range. I have attached a screenshot of CrystalDiskMark to prove this. Because waiting for results from the entire benchmark would have been too painful, I ran only the first benchmark in the attached image, that's why the other results are "0.00".The two USB drives I purchased are going in the trash, even though they are brand new. They are that bad. I did not save the packaging and it is not worth the trouble to return them. In my opinion it is best to avoid these drives.

Mine must have come from a good batch.
I’m very happy with my 64GB variant of this drive. Larger ones seem to have had some manufacturing problems but none of those problems is present on mine. It’s very fast in the first few large copies I’ve done. I’m not one to measure my file copy time. I have dozens of drives and have developed a good sense of what is fast. Several 10GB copies through the C side were impressively quick and trouble free. The best part for me is the very well designed loop. Anything I’ve ever used to carry a stick with me fits perfectly with slack, no binding. All good here.

Tiny, sturdy, flexible
This is the perfect thumb drive. It is small enough to slip in your pocket or on a key ring. It has super sturdy aluminum construction. And, of course, it has both USB A and C connections. Great to have one of these in my bag just in case.
