The media could not be loaded. Yes, it's not the best quality and as many people mentioned also, the alignment suffers a bit, but this type of wood is very soft and you can make your own holes. On one of my holders the metal piece that the holder hang off of was misaligned, so I unscrewed one side and realigned it myself. It was super easy. Don't let it discourage you from getting the holders. Watch my video. It came out amazing! Oh and I bought flameless remote control candles to go with the holders. I LOVE IT!

Love these and the remote is the best thing

These are very nice looking but assembly is not that easy. All the pre-drilled holes are off. When I assembled it, the shelves were crooked. The hole were not aligned. Therefore, the support pieces under the shelves would not fit properly. I doubt returning them and reordering would not make a difference. I'm just going to fill the holes with wood putty and redrill them coreectly.
