Finally a good nights sleep. I’m 44 and going though perimenopause. For the last 3 months or so I’ve had terrible trouble at night with restlessness legs and arms. To the point it was painful. Saw someone say Magnesium would help. They weren’t wrong! Started with taking two a day. Fast lovely. Not too sickly. Dont stick on your teeth. The very first night I noticed a difference. Stuck to two for about two weeks. Dropped down to one for about three days and the restless legs returned right away. Sticking to two a day. Worth it for a good nights sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍🏻

When you take the lid off the jar there is an unpleasant odour, a bit like dirty towels. Doesn't affect the flavour though they are a bit on the sweet side for me. I am sleeping better and night pain doesn't seem as bad in my legs.

I also use these with my kids and are a good supplement. This was the best I saw with least additives. It has black carrot concentrate and natural mixed berries flavourings. Still looking for one with natural flavour and not flavourings but this is the best next thing!

The chewy gummies I received look slightly different to that illustrated so I uploaded a video.These have a sugary coating but this suits me better as they are nice and soft and easy to chew unlike some harder Magnesium gummies available.They also taste lovely just like a sweet or fruit pastilleI have started to take these after reading extensively about adrenal fatigue and insulin resistance.Time will tell if they make any difference but I wanted to start on a lower dose so not to overwhelm my systemMy sugars did lower with my first bottle but no change so far on my second order but then again it is Christmas and I have been over indulging.They definitely seem to have given me a deeper more restful sleep which is very helpful after years of being a very light sleeper.I'm hoping they continue to help my health further the longer I take and will try and update if they do help me more

I have fibromyalgia and digestive issues and suspected I was low in magnesium. Normally I don't trust supplements in gummy form but after checking the reviews I decided to give it a try. I felt a change within about 2 days, less stomach pain and nausea and I was a lot more regular. I started with half a dose (1 gummy) and find them easy to take since they taste like sweets, and find that's the perfect amount for me as they're magnesium citrate -- one of the more bioavailable forms of magnesium, and also the kind usually used to relieve constipation and digestive troubles. I'd definitely start there and only up it if needed. Because I take 1 a day they're also lasting me twice as long which is a nice bonus, good value for money and will be buying again

Why so much sugar? Sugary gum (it’s not a chewy gum, but more like a soft American hard gum) and a sugar coating. I don’t get it. Surely these are an adult supplement?Won’t buy again but going off to look for something more palatable or simply swallow.

I was recommended Magnesium to aid my sleep. These are pleasant to take (though the sugar coating probably isn't great for the teeth) and do seem to help.
