COMPLETELY USELESS PRODUCT.No videos being recorded and sent to the memory card as mentioned, no clear troubleshooting steps at all. No help from anywhere. The product does not work, the 10 day service center replacement is of no help, neither does the amazon folks can help (doesn't matter if you are prime member). There is no warranty for it as well.Total waste of money. Avoid buying this product.
