Fantastic for all of your in home gym needs. Very durable and easy to understand. They are double sided so you’ll have to choose which workouts you do the most and have those shown. They come laminated right out of the box so you don’t need to do anything except pick your workout and get to it. Best bang for your buck in your home gym!

Bought these to hang up by our all in workout machine. Clear pictures as to how to move and what muscle groups, front and back, receive benefit. Only downside is they are double sided and this might not work out for some people

I’m very happy with the 4 Pack - Cable Machine Workout Posters (Volumes 1 & 2) + Dumbbell Exercises + Barbell Exercises. These laminated posters (18” x 24”) are practical and helpful.They arrived rolled up, but the included instructions for flattening them worked well. Once flattened, I punched holes in them and hung them in my home gym with string.The set includes 4 sheets, and as a bonus, the flip side of each poster features additional workouts like kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. The diagrams are clear, showing proper movements and highlighting the muscles involved. They’ve added variety and inspiration to my workouts.Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

its pretty straight forward, hard to mess up a product like this but someone in this company managed to do that. Who's bright idea was it to make these double sided? Ok think about it for a second, are you going to leave this sitting somewhere or are people planning on hanging these up in their workout area? People are going to hang them up, as they have. So whether you use something sticky, thumbtacks, nails, w/e - now one side is effectively useless.Lets go one step further - how about a semi solution? - the other side's direction is reversed so when someone decides to just lift up the bottom to see the other side, all the words and illustrations can be seen. Well that was missed as well.But ultimately if you would have said in your listing, do you want double sided that has this problem with it, for a cheaper price or, pay a little extra and we send you the extra posters, all as one sided , how about that? I can guarantee most people would elect to just pay a little extra if this point was made in the beginning for people to think about, because obviously I was not even thinking about this when I bought them, otherwise I would have just went with a different option out there that is only one sided.Anywho, I guess It's not a massive problem but it does render 50% of your product useless at one time and requires the customer to exert a bit more time and energy ongoingly to utilize the full product here. 3 stars because overall the laminated posters themselves are nice.
