Just purchased this recently. Was concerned about my old non-sticks starting to show where and tear. The more information that comes out it seems ceramic is the way to go for health concerns and safety of non-stick pans. The first time I used it it was for three eggs over easy. I put in the normal amount of butter and realized quickly it was way too much. You need about a fourth of whatever type of butter or oil you used before. May not even need any but they do recommend a little bit of an oil source. Not only is it completely nonstick to where you have to be careful stuff doesn't slide out and over the edge as you're swirling food around in the pan, but surprisingly lightweight. This particular pan is larger than the non-stick I used to use to cook my eggs in the morning but it's about half the weight if that. So far absolutely love it. May end up buying a complete set in the future.

Arrive from Amazon in one day. Handle came separate from the pan. It needed to be screwed on. Easy to do. With a wonderful new screwdriver included in the package. I used it this morning for Sunnyside eggs on a glass top stove. They slipped right out of the pan.Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had a pan picked out and was going to order it, but Amazon suggested several other pans and I picked this one because of the looks and the quality. I also bought a matching saucepan.

Have not tried the pan yet. Seems nice. THEY GIVE YOU A SCREWDRIVER. and like not just the cheapest one they could find to get the job done. its nicer than the one I already had. Need it to have a magnetic tip? SURE WHY NOT. completely unnecessary way too nice screwdriver with a comfortable grip and a magnetic tip for one screw. I bet half of the good reviews are just because people can't believe they got an unexpected really nice screwdriver. Good strat. 10/10 screwdriver.

I absolutely love this frying pan. I have cooked eggs and hamburger in it so far and nothing sticks. Everything just slids out . And the food taste better cooked in this pan than in any other pan I have ever owned. I intend to buy more in the line as I can afford it. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this pan . It marvelous.

It actually works for induction burners. I bought a different brand first and it said for induction but no it did not. I am a happy camper now. It cooks even, even though the center is not exactly flat it has a slight dome but works for me at least now that it is new. Quality seems good and the base is magnetic enough to work on induction.

I just received the 9.5" pan & have used it once. So.... maybe not my final thoughts. But, I'm impressed. The wooden handle needs to be attached & comes with reg size screwdriver to do that. Super easy & now you have a pan AND a real screwdriver! W the wooden handle, the pan has an very elevated look. I'm ordering 2 more now, so, yeah, 5 stars.

Absolutely the BEST PAN I'VE EVER USED! Perfect in every way. It cooks my eggs perfectly and the whites are fluffy like I've never seen. The edge is nice and sharp so I can break my eggs on the inside edge and the yoke doesn't run down the outside and burn to the pan.... no yoke! (Sorry)
