Prompt arrival and box in good condition.
My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes so it was great to be able to get my hands on the food our vet recommended so easily and quickly. Luckily, my cat ate it with no fuss as she can be quite picky. It's more expensive than I'd usually pay but I think it's worth it for peace of mind. Looks better than most coming out of packet too without any funny smells you can sometimes get with cheaper brands.

Disappointed
The cat food was advertised as a variety pack but I received one flavour only. The box was also battered and packets of food exposed. My cat has recently been diagnosed as diabetic so wanted to try different flavours because she can be very fussy. Would not purchase again.

No idea what the food comprises
My cat is a pescatarian and I have no idea what this food is made of. I am not sure if it is meat or fish. It says gravy, but it presents like jelly - which my cat does not like. But I have mixed it with water and he eats this. I can't rate the flavour as I don'teat it. It doesn't have a scent - which is interesting as the other cat foods usually has a bad smell. My cat is getting use to it, but he is eating - not sure if this is out of hunger (food portions strict now because of his diabetes) or he likes the food. ~sorry I can't be of more help.
