I really like this particular brand. It seems to be very effective and they have really good quality ingredients. Price point wise you get what you pay for. I recommend this particular brand to anybody that’s looking for any supplements actually. This particular product did seem to be pretty effective. I have a very sensitive stomach so I was not sure how I would handle the product. But I did not have any side effects from the supplement, which was a plus.

Been a couple of days and can definitely tell it helps with sugar cravings. I do think it makes me gassy though. I’m not normally and have been more so the past couple days. Hopefully that figures itself out. It’s not horrible, but just different than my normal.

I’ve used the Pure Encapsulation brand for years… they have always provided a very good product… this is no different. The berberine has been effective in giving me energy and boosting my health. I appreciate that it is gluten free and non gmo.

Was about to reorder this and realized it's $10 more than it was a few weeks ago... I like it, but certainly can find it at a better price. It curbed my appetite, made me feel fuller faster. Not sure about my blood sugar because I wasn't checking it. No weight loss, but I was not taking it for that.

Pure Encapsulations is my go-to for supplements and vitamins. Yes the price point is high, but it's worth every penny because they work. I'm using Berberine to control my sugar because I'm a sugar addict. I thought it might help with cholesterol, but not for me. My recent blood labs had me just over the normal range, but my Doc is not worried about it.

I really like these supplements. The cost is a little high, but for the sense of peace that you know what you’re getting I feel like it’s worth it. I don’t have any adverse side effects because the supplements are high-quality. I appreciate that their packaging doesn’t have a ton of extra space like most supplements, though there is still extra packaging.I got this to naturally help with GLP one hormone as I stagger off of a medication.
