I was recommended this creatine so I did some research on their site and thought it was a clean creatine with no fillers. They do an awesome job with hiding it. I was on this for about 2 weeks before I started having some stomach issues especially with bloating (yes I was drinking tons of water). I met with a very knowledgeable Personal Trainer and he told me that the stomach issues are possibly from fillers but I told him I don't recall seeing them on the label (the one I seen on the website) and boy was he right . . .There's a bunch of fillers in this creatine from the picture I took. Stick with True Nutrition and save yourself the headache of dealing with stomach issues.

This product is ridiculous. The commonly acknowledged dosage of creatine monohydrate is 5g per day, or 8g if you're over 200lbs (some say 10g).This product gives you 3000mg (3g) per dose, which is 4 tablets. So to get the standard dose you need to take 6 tablets, or 8 if you're heavier.That means most of the ingredients are filler. And for this price that is indeed ridiculous. There are far cheaper alternatives that are much easier to take. I've used this product, but now I take one where the full dose is just one small spoonful.

The creative itself is great!!! But I can’t fit my hand in to the jar so scooping once it’s half empty it next to impossible and I end up making messes. A shorter, wider mouth jar would make this absolutely flawless
