This couch is amazing! Vivid rich color, sturdy build, easy to put together, velvety material but strong. It is a slightly smaller couch, fits perfect in my 10 x 15 ft living room. Cushions are firm. It is very comfortable, classy, beautiful. Well worth the money. I plan to get the chair too. The seller is super helpful and kind, very responsive. I would buy from them again.

A bit tricky to get the black seat in place that holds the cushions. It seems impossible to balance it so the metal cleats line up; but after 2 hours—the 2 of us finally put it together & it looks great!! It definitely takes a couple of non-handymen more than 30 minutes

Fits perfect for what I had in mind for the area. Now to finish the wall with some more Amazon decorations. So much better than searching all over town to not find exactly what I wanted. The quality and description of this item is exactly as wonderful as it says.

I ordered the loveseat, but was shipped the chair. Within a couple of minutes of contacting Amazon - the seller texted me directly and had me send some photos of the error. They were very kind and pro-active in solving the problem. They sent me the correct item within 2 days. I ended up keeping the chair and the loveseat. They were very easy to put together (I assembled them myself with no assistance). They look fantastic and look as if I bought them all in one piece. They are extremely comfortable and there was no chemical smell coming off the fabric. Directions were easy to follow. The excellent customer service was such a plus!

COMPANY SENT US A REPLACEMENT!! I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS. THEY CALLED US, BUT BECAUSE OF THE TIME DIFFERENCE WE COULDN'T PICK UP THE PHONE. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR ANYTHING, THE COMPANY ITSELF SAW MY PHOTO AND REPLACED THE PILLOWS FOR US, NOW THEY FIT AND THE SOFA LOOKS MUCH BETTER!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE SERVICE!!!! (when we received the sofa, the cushions on the sofa were clearly smaller than they should be.) The sofa is slightly tilted back. We didn't screw the back legs in all the way, otherwise the sofa would just fall back. It seems fine.

We purchased this for our living room. It was relatively simple and quick to assemble with a partner. When assembled it was comfortable and as stunning as its advertised images. However, for us it was simply too small and was devoured by the room we hoped it would enrich. Whether we failed to properly measure or got swept away by the images that seemed to enhance its size and sold us, we ended up returning it. Thankfully the seller was professional, responsive, understanding, and assisting in the return shipment and full product refund. We were delightedly satisfied with the experience and prompt seller support.
