I got this Epsom salt bath set because I hurt my back recently and I read that taking an Epsom salt bath will help my pain go away due to the magnesium inside. I am very impressed by how easily this salt dissolves. When you first put it in the bath and you step in, you're definitely going to feel the salt on the bottom of your feet. Within like a minute or so it's dissolved and completely mixed in with the water.Every time I do this bath it really detoxes me and makes my back feel so much better. If you do this Epsom salt bath in the warm water you will definitely be sweating, so I recommend bringing a glass of cold water to sip in there with you. Highly recommend!

After workouts, taking an Epson salt bath really helps ease muscle soreness.Epson salt bags can be large and heavy when bought at the store, so ordering online just made sense to me. Works great! We also like to add a drop or two of lavender or other essential oil to make the bath even more relaxing.

I use this for every bath and it can get very expensive. This salt is really good. I was skeptical at first because of the low price but it’s just as good if not better than the more expensive name brand I’ve been buying for years. It’s non irritating and dissolved well in warm water.

Great value for a DIY fancy bath salts making activity. Just what we needed. The crystals are pretty uniform in size, and it dissolved just as well as any other epsom salts I’ve used. I very much enjoy taking hot baths with Epsom salt whenever I get the chance. This 6 pack is a very good value.

Amazing amount of product for the price, I usually get this with scented Epsom salt bubble bath products and it makes the most heavenly bath. Nice to find a more affordable Epsom salt.
