Dimensions are slightly off resulting in lose connections and assemblies. Not recommended.
Updated review:It looks like the pins of different colour may appear to be of the same shape and dimensions but they are not. The few black pins in the box are for tight connections while the grey ones appear to be intended for loose connections, eg to be used as an exle. Now that I know which color pins I need, I have to go buy many more of the black ones, as the box doesn't have enough for using the rest of the parts.Original review:When the Brotex parts are linked together, they are not as sturdy as the original LEGO parts. I suspect the dimensions are slightly different from the original (for legal reasons?), which means that you can mix and match but there is a slight gap between the Brotex parts resulting into lose connections.Technics parts are meant for construction of engineering structure. Building sturdy assemblies is a prerequisite for most construction projects. Therefore, the Brotex are simply not fit for purpose.
