Product works flawlessly. It comes with multiple tips for other functions even though i purchased it for the base flossing function it is good to have other options. The box does have a mispelling on the side where it should say "teeth" it says "teet" which did make me worry a bit about the product but the functionality and the ease of use was real supard. It comes with a manual on how to use the item and how to change the speeds and thats truthfully all you need, it also descibes the purpose of all the attachments it comes with. Definitley worth the purchase and we will see just how long it last!

I’ve bought this a few times for my daughter who has braces and a palate widener. No complaints at all from her and she’s a complainer.The only problem has been that she leaves it on the side of the sink and the other kids always knock it down and it breaks, so I’ve had to continue rebuying them. This last time I was mad that she hadn’t learned to put it under the sink when she’s done so that it doesn’t keep breaking so I didn’t buy her another one right away. Well she ended up with an infection in the roof of her mouth twice cuz there’s no way to get that area under the palate expander clean without this water flosser. Since I rebought it, not another infection uunder there. It does its job.

The water stream is good, maybe not as strong as a plug in connected unit, but it is strong enough to do the job. The various heads are nice. It holds a charge for about a month twice a day on the gentle setting. It is easy to charge, although you will need to supply a usb port. It looks nice. I store the heads in the water reservoir. The reservoir holds enough water on the gentle stream, but I usually have to refill it if using the stronger setting. The biggest issues that I have are that the silver on the band that connects the top to the bottom flakes off. And, the silicone band slips around and if you aren't careful, you will wind up closing the top in a way that breaks the band. I was able to use a silicone pig tail band to replace it. It is necessary to prevent leaking during use. Otherwise, I like the untethered convenience.

My 17 year old daughter just got braces and the orthodontist recommended a water pik, so I noticed this one, and ordered it, and it arrived the next day, and works a long time on a single charge! I would recommend this!

Tried this and I almost drowned on the weak setting. I wasn’t ready for the mirror, wall, basin and myself getting squirted on weak. I could feel the pressure between my teeth. Lots of attachments for such a budget item.

It's feels good in my hands, it's small and not bulky. It has 3 settings, they are ok. Most times, I have to open water receptacle because it will stop working when water gets low. I open the water compartment, slide it back in place and it will floss until all the water is gone. It could be user error, too.

There is no water level adjustment. The water comes out fast but the product is good.
