Tried this on a whim because it was so cheap, and I was in a summer wedding in Texas, but ended up being pleasantly shocked! It actually really did make a difference in the application and long term wear of my eyeshadow—the makeup I put on at 10am lasted late into the night with no touch-ups! I will definitely be busting this out for future special occasions.

This works as well or better than a much pricier name brand. It doesn’t seem as thick but has great great staying power and doesn’t irritate my eyes.

I never used to use eyeshadow primer - til I moved to Florida…This seems to work well - it holds as it should, even after a couple hrs out and about, running errands, riding my scooter.The real “test” will be come summer - with the intense heat and humidity down here. We’ll see how that goes, though I’m not sure that ANY primer would hold up against a few hrs of 90+ degrees with 80-90% humidity, in stop-and-go traffic, on a motor scooter. If this one does? - I’ll certainly edit this review with an update AND an additional star.Otherwise? - this works well under “normal” daily circumstances.

This primer was a game changer. Putting it on my eyelids and letting it dry first before any eye makeup kept my makeup from transferring on to my under eye. I put a little under my eye too and let it dry and it keeps me from having racoon eyes.

This is a too oily for me. It does ok once it dries down but it is certainly not my favorite. I am not one to throw away if I can use it and I will but really do not like it. Once it is gone, good riddance. I prefer the one I purchased from Nikol Johnson on Youtube. Also the ABH.

Works just as well as the more expensive brands from Ulta. Using it everyday, one tube lasts about a month. Eye shadow goes on smoothly over top of the primer and looks good all day.

I love Elf products. Great price point. Keeps my eye makeup looking fresh all day. This is a staple for me!

I've been using this for a while and it is the best value for the money. It helps my eyeshadow go on easily and seems to make it last longer, my only complaint is that it is a little wet when I put it on and have to wait for it to dry before I put on my eyeshadow. It's not a big deal, but thought I should mention it.
