After COVID, my hair loss was awful..I eventually stopped losing hair but it was breaking off like crazy! This shampoo changed that. It's now thicker than it's been in years. It's soft, smells great and even though it's a little more expensive than most Pantene, it's worth every penny. I love it

You don't have to pay the price for nice hair! I was sucked into the $50-$65 range shampoo game. I was under the impression that you had to spend $$ to have nice, clean hair. This shampoo has changed my opinion on that. This shampoo leaves my hair soft, shiny and with less fizz than some of the expensive brands. It smells nice too! I won't go back to salon brands, this is it for me!

Yikes… I just bought this for $21 but saw on Target it’s $9 for the same size. Sigh.Anyway, the scent is light but I’ve needed a sulfate free option for my Brazilian-Blowout hair and the Brazilian Blowout branded brown rectangular bottle just sucked. It left my thick hair still feeling gross. This Pantene Biotin & Collagen shampoo seemed to surprisingly lather (despite not having sulfates) in my hair making it so much easier to wash!My hair has a light florally, almost tea-like, scent to it that’s typical Pantene. But I appreciate it since I’ve been using a non-scented shampoo this entire time and didn’t really like it.Would I repurchase? Yes, but not double the price!
