Dentist Dr. Mark Burhenne recommends brushing with this type of toothpaste, which contains hydroxyapatite in place of flouride to re-mineralize your teeth and which does not kill off good bacteria in your mouth like flouride does. Hydroxyapatite also is not a neurotoxin like flouride apparently is. By not killing off the good bacteria in your mouth, it not only can help prevent cavities but also helps seed your microbiome in your gut. I have been using this toothpaste for over a month now and it appears to do what it says. I have always had problems with cavities, which it appears to have helped greatly. In addition, it also appears to have significantly improved my gut microbiome by improving my bowel movements. Also comes with a tongue scraper used to remove the biofilm from your tongue each day which also helps improve the microbiome in your mouth, which also is supposed to increase nitric oxide production as nitric oxide provides many health benefits. While some people have complained about its taste, I have no problem as it taste very good to me. Highly recommended as I will continue to use this toothpaste.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this product because I heard about how hydroxyapatite remineralizes teeth and improves overall dental health, unlike flouride which is said to only prevent cavities. I've only been using this for a week. My mouth feels so much cleaner and healthier; my gums barely bleed, my teeth feel stronger, breath is fresher, and the taste is amazing!! I love how they also include a tongue scraper in the package for extra cleaning. Very easy to use. I highly recommend this, and will only be using hydroxyapatite toothpaste from now on!!

I have tried other hydroxyapetite toothpaste and this one is by far my favorite in terms of flavor and does not leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth. It is very minty and I have lasting freshness. I feel like my teeth have gotten less sensitive using this toothpaste. I think for the quality and the included tongue scraper and toothpaste squeezer it is well worth the price.

Love this toothpaste. I have been using the Guru Nanda ultra soft tooth brushes and the Guru Nanda tooth paste and it has helped my burning mouth syndrome. Not cure it but helped a lot. I think it's the milder formula that doesn't cause more burning like old kinds of tooth pastes do. My teeth have never felt cleaner.

Was skeptical at first but man, this will leave your teeth feeling you just came from a cleaning.The taste was a bit off at first but you get used to it

Have been using this for a few months now and i absolutely love it. It seems to be what they say, an all natural toothpaste. The taste is something to get used to, but I love the clean feeling I have on my teeth. Especially since I have very sensitive teeth. This toothpaste does not bother my teeth at all.
