Good Keyboard and Good Customer Service
My keyboard's backlights suddenly started to go bad so I messaged the support team about it. After some responses, they sent me a new free keyboard of the same kind! They were really kind and did everything they could to solve my issue before sending me a new one. They responded at a pretty consistent rate and I didn't have to return the old one either! Though I am not sure what caused my keyboard's backlights to go bad. The keyboard itself is very good and I like the creamy switches.

Me encanta este teclado
The media could not be loaded. Amo este teclado, es la primera vez que compro un teclado "custom", y me gustó haber elegido este. Ya llevo más o menos un mes usándolo y me encanta, lo recomiendo. Yo les cambié las keycaps para probar otro estilo, pero las que trae por defecto también son geniales.

Great keyboard, recommended, with a few downsides depending on the user
The keyboard is very good overall both in color, keys, sound and lights. Recommended purchase.Going to the downsides, for me they are the following:- The keyboard lacks onboard memory to save changes to key assignments, macros, or even lighting configurations. Regarding the lighting, at least in my case, it doesn't retain the configuration when I set the main keys' brightness to zero and leave only the side lighting active. So, every time I reconnect the keyboard, the brightness resets to the default setting and I have to lower it back to zero. Personally, it's not a major issue, but it remains annoying.- The switches, made of cream-colored translucent material, alter the white light passing through them, resulting in an orange hue that is aesthetically unappealing. It could happen with other colors as well. It can be annoying depending on each person.- The case may be assembled without screws, meaning it must be pried open, which can lead to breaking the clips and potentially damaging the keyboard. That said, most users are unlikely to open the keyboard, so for many, this won't be a significant downside.I would appreciate it if the manufacturer specified whether it has onboard memory or if it uses a polycarbonate or FR4 plate. Based on what I've observed, I believe it's FR4, but direct information from the manufacturer would be ideal.

i can't believe the quality
i've been through 30+ keyboards that i'm testing for my new home setup and this keyboard is unbelievable. the creaminess of the switches + the keycaps i can't believe the quality for the price. i emailed RK begging them to make this in 100% with numpad. literally the perfect keyboard
