Absolutely fantastic quality and at a very decent price. picture quality is fantastic, like any other modern TV you'll wanna adjust the settings to your liking. No issues with the setup. My only gripe is I cannot disable the auto brightness adjust on the setting I currently have (but this could just be user error).

For a normal person, all you need to know is it is 5/5 Video and audio quality. It is oled. Simple as that. Can't say for those who are Qled specific people. It was delivered by two person. Handled with care. Has 3 days prior notice of the date and time of delivery. And call was done 50minutes before delivery time. Overall, happy with the product so far!

Do not use QR code to set it up it froze the tv screen each time and the whole process using Samsung ‘Smart Things’ programme is a diabolical mess, use the remote control, that works ok so after 5 Hours (honest it took that long) we had a working tv.TV is excellent picture the best detail I’ve seen and sound ok, our old lg tv worked with tv sound added to Bose sound bar, with Samsung its either or, so Sound bar only now.Easy to use when set up

Not a cheap TV, but if you want quality sound and picture you can't go wrong with Samsung!

Very impressive picture & sound quality!!

I was blown away by the quality, and the as advertised excellent blacks did catch the eye. I liked my old tv, but this is, as you would expect, a level up.The price was fair, and I git it Black Friday so it was a good deal.The only minor criticism is the sound isn't as good as my old sound bar - that couldn't connect as it was optical. I didn't want a new soundbar though as the sound on the TV is linked to the screen action - long story short its OK.

I'm 77 and this is the best TV I've ever owned brilliant.

For: Samsung 48" SD09 TVGreat picture, clear sound and loads of features. Very pleased with my purchase, but trying to find warranty T&Cs infuriatingly difficult AmazonWould recommend the TV but not thru Amazon.
