These are really easy to fit into the used cartridges that come with my nappy pail. This seems much more environmentally friendly than throwing out the cartridge every time like the manufacturer wants you to do. It's also way better value, at only a couple of pounds per refill. They're also way easier to store as they come pretty much flat. They work just like the stock ones do, but they're thicker and so a bit more difficult to cut using the built in knife. Well worth the trade. They also don't stink awful like the normal ones do.

Couldn't return them as carer had opened them and tried to use them, so have remain 3 that don't fit!!Perhaps in your description you could write "fits diameter of 40 cm".Costly mistake for me.
