Waste product not working
Wrost product ever , after charging more than 8hrs the we dont jave have backup upto 5mims even it is not connecting , not showing anywhere in bluetooth devices and here we dont have option to replace or return, how amazon is cheating by solding this kind of products, please dont purchase items from amazon as they ate encouraging the distribitors to sell this kind of products which are not working

Impressive soind and Sleek design worth the buy
I can't speak for others, but my personal experience has been good. I received the earphones yesterday, and the sound quality is impressive. The battery backup is also decent.In terms of appearance, they are sleek and ergonomic in design. The touch-sensitive function works well, too.Happy with the purchase

Very bad product
I bought this product on 31st May 2025. It is under 1 year warranty. Only after use of 45 days the battery is draining out. It is quite frustrating. Spoke with HP customer care, they said they are unable to help. What to do?

Manufacture and souund quality compare to other earbuds.
Quality of the product is good.Sound quality is also good not much loud not less just perfect.Battery backup good although.I like how it completely fit in ear and tou can use it3 hours continuous without any pain in eair

Not a good idea
It's sound quality is very poor. I brought it for 470, so it's ok for something as earbuds. Sometimes it malfunction like if you keep it in the box also it may be playing your phone audio, no sense at all about the operation.Not a great deal.

It's poor product and amazon not replacing it
This is worst product not even started..Don't get connected to devices..When I go to replace this on Amazon app..It redirects me to page where are 2 options available..1)instruction..Where saying start power button ,but no power button available2)hp help line center number..On call-in this number it's not exists..Amazon not provided an option to connect it's helpline center ..So that we can tell them issueTotal waste of money
