I love putting on their lip liners. It does have a slight plumping effect. Nothing too noticeable, though the pigment in these liners are so good spray some spray on top and it will last a few hours.

Mushy, so soft it would go on like a cream and just smear.

Love the color, the ease of applying but sadly the lipliner does not have any staying power so you will use the lipliner up quickly.
