These Jolly rancher ropes are AMAZING!!! I honestly had no intentions on buying any candy while I was shopping on Amazon. They just kind of popped up as an option, and I had never seen Jolly Rancher rope before. I am a huge fan of all the other brands rope candy, and a huge fan of Jolly Rancher candies so it was a must try for me! As with all Jolly Rancher candies its has big delicious flavor! The Jolly Rancher ropes were actually a lot “softer” than the other brand ropes that I have tried! The other brands rope are very dense, so to me the softness of the Jolly Rancher Ropes makes them seem fresher! I could believe the size of the bag, and the absolute amazing price! You absolutely get value for your money which as we all know is huge now a days! I am not huge on candy in general, I eat a small piece of candy everyday when I take my medicine. The medicine always leaves a horrible taste in my mouth, so I found that candy immediately makes it better. I have to admit I throughly looked forward to eating these Jolly Ranchers ropes! It was to the point that I ate at least half the bag aside from my medicine! I highly recommend this product to my family and friends!

It seems like you'll have full length ropes by the appearance of the pack and how it feels relatively solid when you hold it in your hand. After opening the package, I removed the first piece from the outer edge. It was stickier and stretchier than a Sweetart’s rope, a bit difficult to remove, so I opened the wrapper more. At first I thought I tore the rope because it was shorter than I expected. I removed the next piece and it was shorter than the first. I thought maybe it was a flawed piece. Well, upon opening it further, I realized they systematically staggered the “ropes” of varying lengths, placing the longest on the outer edges, concealing very short pieces this way. Such a disappointment. I had planned to stand the ropes up in a cup for our 4th of July party. That couldn’t work with 2”-3” pieces. Sorry I didn’t take a pic to show.

Delicious! A little more hard than chewy. Might have been a little stale but my kiddos loved them either way!

I thought I'd try these to see how they compared to the sweet tart ropes. These were extremely sticky & gummy. Very hard to get out of teeth. The taste was too sweet and almost plastic tasting. I even took them out of the wrapper & put them in a container to see if that made a difference. It didn't. I'll stick to the other brand.
