Perfect gift for my 9 year old niece. She is an outdoorsy girl and she is loving this microscope. (Looking at ants and toads up close (?)). She is having a blast using it and so far it works well. Fun to use.

Loved it, enthralled my 7 year old child who could then nearly only be convinced to move a few feet at a time as she needed to look at everything, was so engaging me and my wife joked about it almost backfiring as convincing her to walk around the block was tough at first before we convinced her there was much cooler things to look at outside. IMO coolest thing I’ve shown her in the last 6 months apart from google earth VR.

Product was good. Easy to use. I just wanted something with a little bit bigger view.. but all in all great product.

Love this for our oldest. Provides hours of entertainment. Great quality video/photo. Love that it came with a lanyard.

i gave it to my granddaughter for her 8th birthday. She loved it. My daughter plans to give one to her Goddaughter.

This is perfect to peak my grand daughter’s interest in seeing the world in a different light.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I followed the instructions exactly and charged it up. But the product was damaged and would not turn on. It also looked like it had been used and returned by someone else prior to being sent to me; so that person also probably returned it because it did not work. I was not allowed to return it. I contacted the tech support for this product as directed, but there was no response.

The photo examples they show are not what you’re going to get. It’s not going to look like your HD TV and not that colorful and we found it only works indoors. You cannot see the screen at all if you take outside in the sun. Things like fabric from your shirt, cracks in the floor, etc looked cool, but this lost my 5yo attention quickly, as we thought he could go on an adventure outside with this and look at bugs, plants etc. The focus on this is also very sensitive.
