I bought my Aura Carver frame in May 2024. It replaced another brand which either could not or would not connect to the newer WiFi in my house, which the Aura has no problem with. Pros for the Aura (1) very easy to connect to WiFi 6 and higher; (2) very easy to setup once I downloaded the app on iPhone: (3) also plays videos with sound; (4) has auto turn on and off via a light sensor, so I never missed any images by forgetting to turn it on; (5) clear, sharp photos; (6) easy to adjust setting like how long the picture displays and to go back to one you wanted to set again; (6) infinite capacity for photos (I have over 1100); (7) very easy to add photos; (8) world class customer service.My screen failed, gradually (over 3-4 days) but totally. Online chat help was good but unsuccessful, but email customer support was confusing since they are in London (England) and I had to to calculations of how many hours I was different (8 hours) to try to contact them. No phone number is listed. I finally got pissed and sent them an email, on a Friday and knowing they were already closed in England for the weekend. Astonishingly, I got several replies over the weekend, and by the time we connected on Monday they had already sent me a replacement unit. It arrived three days later, and walked me through the process of transferring all the photos. It went flawlessly and quickly. The company even followed up by reaching out to me to see if I had any questions or issues.Note that I have given this device as presents to other people because I like the frames so much. My own frame has a place of prominence in the house, where my wife and I, and guests, can watch it and get immersed in the photos and memories. Now that traveling is harder for us, we love to see pictures of where we went and who we were with. The concept of digital frames itself is great, but this is easily the easiest to use and the highest quality of the five frames we have owned over the years.

Absolutely love this! Being able to display all your photos like this is truly priceless. It was super easy to set up—took just 5 minutes from unboxing to ready-to-go. The instructions are clear and straightforward. It holds a ton of pictures; I’ve already uploaded nearly 400 and there’s still plenty of space. You can customize how long each photo is shown—30 seconds, 1 minute, even up to 10 minutes. Uploading from your phone is a breeze, and you can even check what photo is currently showing on the frame from your phone, no matter where you are. It works perfectly, looks beautiful, and is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Only a few days in, but I love this device. Picture quality is awesome, the display is exactly the right size for my kitchen counter, and the photo matching feature for portrait side-by-side display is very cool. Photo sharing by family from Apple devices is extremely easy, and Google Photos use by family members is reported to me as almost seamless (once you know how to find it).Previously I’ve tried (and been very disappointed with) using non-picture-frame-specific devices as kitchen photo displays, there’s always at least one major hassle somewhere in the process. Don’t waste your time on that, go with Aura.

It was a great gift for my niece wedding. We enjoyed unlimited meaningful to us memories. Once it is connected to Wi-Fi, it is easy to upload pictures from any compatible device. Storage is unlimited (iCloud) , fits well with a living room decor, you can share photos remotely, etc. When you start using it you will discover many other new features, good luck!!
