Value for money
A bit on the large size, but not too difficult to take. No after taste, or indeed any taste when taking them. Value for money. Have been taking them for a month and a half now, but sadly not seen any improvement with bladder weakness. I'll keep taking them for a while longer and see

Pleasantly surprised and very happy.I bought these as an alternative to a named brand particularly for bladder weakness. (The main ingredient was pumpkin seed oil). I hoped that although it was only pumpkin seed I would get the same effect but without hemp seed and fillers ect that the other brand had. I've been taking them for a couple months now and they have had a great effect. I'm not getting the niggly feeling of wanting to wee every half hour, but not really needing to go. I also have more control again when waking up in the morning, so I'm not having to rush so quickly. I was also waking up 3 or 4 times a night but not having a full bladder. Whatever was making my bladder more sensitive has been controlled a lot more so I can go through some nights without getting up, and other nights when I do need to go it's only once.I don't have any side effects because the gel capsules are all natural, and I don't have any nasty after taste and feeling because it's not a plastic capsule with powder in.

Pumpkin Seed Oil.
Pumpkin seed oil has traditionally been used for various ailments.I found these too hard and too large to swallow.You may be better off simply buying pumpkin seeds & adding them to smoothies and the like.
