I am a typed 1 diabetic and find this is the best solution to get me back on track when I go a bit low. It is light to carry and fits into a small pocket so good when going for a run too, or any exercise actually. oved the flavour too.

As I am type 1 diabetic I need to carry around glucose for low blood sugar / hypoglycaemia.I've used other glucose gels (High 5 and Lyft) and thought I'd try this for a change. It is really effective and fast acting, especially useful for low blood sugar / hypos. The taste is not too bad for glucose shots - you'll never get 100% amazing, but they taste like strong orange juice.I like the screw top, as this allows me to take just what I need without worrying about wastage or leakage. It fits in my smaller handbags easily, and so handy to carry around, and are fairly discreet.I usually order 1 to 2 boxes on subscribe and save, to keep for hypos. And this usually lasts for the appropriate time. If I run low I can order via Prime for a quick delivery, so it's great having that option.It would be nice if the manufacturer could make more variety packs with more flavour choices, like watermelon, orange & mango, and strawberry, etc.Thanks for making this, it helps a lot with my diabetes.

Does what it should be the taste could be improved.

Reliable and proven energy source for my cycle rides. Cheaper than most other gels but just as reliable. Resealable caps are ideal and keep sticky spillages out of my pocket!

Nice taste but not much in sachet

Type 1 diabetic, wanted something to boost sugar levels when out cycling. As you can see on the images, it does raise levels after the 5 minutes claimed by the producer. It's worth noting too that this was a slightly unfair test as stomach was already full of evening meal, but levels had been at 3.1 for 15 minutes. I'd be interested to try this test again on an empty stomach. Taste is nice, runny unlike Torq gels which I usually use but I've found they don't start to work until 20+ minutes after ingesting. I like the fact you can replace the cap if don't want to drink all in 1 go.

Handy pack of sweetness that will shoot down a hypo. Really good amount too because for me I don’t end up over treating the low sugars and going high.Fits easily into hand bag or pocket of coat etc. you can forget about it till you need it. Taste is not offensive but not so good I’d sneak some like I’m tempted to with a Percy Pig!

Can’t complain, it does what it says
