this like t shirt material. and is like loose culottes. not bulky. and comfortable to wear in Las Vegas heat.I while i normally wear small, think I got a medium based on the reviews saying it ran small. so, yes get the next size up. I can't wear tight things around my waist.

I like that this slip is shorts. The slip covers well and is very comfortable. It is smooth under a garment and keeps clothes that are too sheer from being obscene. It washes well, and if your skirt blows up, you have on shorts so the world doesn’t see your bits. Fits true to size. Worth the purchase.

I bought these petty pants tap pants to wear under dresses because in the summertime when it’s so hot and miserable so nice just to put on one garment the covers your whole body, But it’s horrible to have to wear a nylon slip and underwear so this is the best of both worlds. Cool, comfortable, and no chance of showing your naughty bites. Amazon recommended that I get a large, but I was worried because of where they’re coming from people are much smaller and I was afraid that I probably needed to go up a size. Well this time, Amazon was correct. I need the large, not the extra large. They’re longer than I thought they would be, so I will get them hemmed, even with the cost of having the shorts hemmed, it still will be less expensive than buying three halal slips.There was just a lot of fabric with the extra large. I want them to just skim my body. I can tell they’ll be very cool and comfortable under white and light weight dresses. I look forward to wearing them all summer.

With about a 28" waist and 40" hips, I bought the large. The measurements of the shorts are a 25" waist, 5.25-5.75" inseam, 12.75-14" front rise, and 15.75-16" back rise, depending on the pair. They are comfortable under a dress.

*Update* I received the large and it fits more or less, but still a little snug in the waist. I am 5' and weight 108lbs.**I wear a small in US women's. I ordered a medium the first time thinking it would fit a little loose the way I like for a comfy waist band. I could barely get the elastic waist band over my hips, and the leg fabric is not nearly as full as shown in the picture in the ad.I am returning the medium and ordered a large hoping the fit will be better.

I was worried that these would be hot or itchy, and they are actually extremely comfortable not hot at all. I can be picky with these things, but I genuinely really love these for under skirts and dresses. I would definitely purchase these again, great value.

I ordered a large and got an item marked “F” for free size and they’re pretty tight. The fabric is very soft and flows nicely though. I’m 5 feet and 3 inches tall and barely 129 pounds and these hurt my stomach
