I’ve used the “just for drips” and the “overnight” style. The former is really just for drips! The latter is quite bulky but will absorb a bunch. This intermediate model is perfect for daily use. Most important are the “wings”. Other brands are narrower, which is a problem for me. These catch my leaks but are comfortable for all-day use. Oh, I meant to say they work for my father, not me. No, of course, not me.

I started using these post prostate surgery for drips and small leaks. They seem to work well but I haven't had to test them for big leaks. The only reason I'm taking a star away is because, as you can see from other's photos, the top is nice and wide. However, the adhesive strip runs down the middle. I found out the hard way you have to pay attention when "positioning things" because the wings at the top can fold in and leave you susceptible to leaking on your clothing, though not really a big deal once you know this. Just a small adhesive patch on the wings would help. Also I would highly recommend wearing briefs/ boxer briefs when using them. Plain boxers probably won't give a tight enough fit.

This product is so much more better than the competition. The Frontal coverage is much better!!! Stays in place better! Less detectable. Absorbs more and keeps you dryer without the rear and side leakage and wet heaviness that you get from the leading competitor. Amazing!!!!!

Well, I never thought I would be leaving a review for something like this, but here I am!As a man of 60, who is very active and loves to hike and walk long miles everyday, long drives, etc. these have really been incredibly helpful and life affirming. Okay, this will sound strange: I may not end up “using” them every time I am on a hike, but they give me that extra confidence and let me not be embarrassed if I am out with a group of friends or on a steep run and I can concentrate on safety and my surroundings.Our bodies are machines and sometimes we just need a little extra help as things wear out a bit.I have tried various other brands and forms of these prior and have found these to be perfect. Comfortable, absorbent and not too bulky and sticks well to undergarment. Nicely designed for men, appreciated!Not noticeable at all under my workout gear. Looks great under a nice pair of jeans, just a little oomph ;)So there you go! Embrace being human guys, no shame and enjoy getting out in this world.

Very comfortable, fits ok but needs more adhesive to keep in place. Absorbs well, had one or two that failed but I guess that's expected,get fell to the bottom of pouch when wet leaving a space for moisture to get through, overall they worked well good value, do not wear for more than needed, not that durable always have extra as they will not last for more that a day.
