These sound better than the majority of earpieces I have tried, especially in noisy environments. They're a little too loud and a little muffled at first, but they sound fine once I get them to the right volume level. Maybe it's just my earpiece, but the volume button doesn't seem to respond very well. Otherwise, this the best earpiece I've tried for phone calls. I bought 2, and they both sound great. Battery life is very long, but the Bluetooth occasionally drops it's connection intermittently sometimes. Easy to set up. They don't fit in the ear very well but the hook keeps it hanging on.

I was hoping that this would be a great earpiece.First issue - the voice prompts sound like a very intoxicated woman. Her speech is extremely slurred... Not a big deal, I could get beyond that.Next issue - With all of the earpieces I have owned, if I get out of range for longer than a few seconds, the earpiece disconnects from the phone, but once I get back in range, the earpiece automatically reconnects, not with this earpiece, the earpiece will not reconnect until you are standing right next to the phone and it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute for it to reconnect once you are standing next to your phone (the phone is a new iPhone 16 Plus). Note: I verified that this was not a one-off issue because I confirmed the problem 3 times.Last and Final issue - When I receive calls, the volume control is all the way down even with the phone showing the volume is up. I have to switch to either the speaker or phone to talk to the person... which defeats the purpose of the earpiece.I do not recommend and It will be going back.

The mic quality is good but the output for audio is absolutely trash. People can hear you well but good luck hearing them

Audio output is very clear and crisp. People on the other end of my calls report the same great sound quality. Lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for 8 hours straight at work every day. Fuss-free pairing and connection.

Has good volume for both sides of the conversation. Comfortable in the ear. The thing that makes it not desirable is the noise cancellation feature, which cannot be turned off, makes the sound for the other side annoyingly choppy. It cuts off the first part of what you're saying because the mic goes on and off when you're speaking or not speaking as a way to reduce background noise when you're not speaking. Also, if you're speaking quietly it cuts in and out thinking that you've stopped talking or that it's just background noise.
