Delicious
The first one I bought came minced. The second batch of three bags I bought came shredded and minced. This last batch of five I bought came minced, so there's inconsistency in the cuts. The size of each package is just right for the amount I use and one bag lasts me 2 weeks.

Exactly what I needed!
It’s hard to find this product in grocery stores - even in the Asian markets I go to. Needed this to complete my Thai dish and was so grateful to find this online and get it the next day. You get a good amount and the quality was fantastic. Tasted great and helped the dish come together.

I absolutely love this item! It's so versatile for cooking and taste soooo good!!! I'm glad I can get this here especially when it's already cut in small pieces too! Easier for me to cook the dishes I want with it!! Don't stop selling these!

It's exactly what it says it is. . .
Used this for a Thai recipe and I really enjoyed the subtle sour with the sweetness of the radish. It enhanced out Thai dish without making it overwhelmingly "vinegary" with the pickling aspect. Only one person in the house felt it gave too sour of a taste to our Pad Thai - so this would definitely be an ingredient that may not go with everyone's palette.
